  • We will deduct €9.50 for the cost of the return shipping from your refund.
  • We gladly accept returns that are requested within 30 days of the order date using our returns portal and 14 days if using Refundid 
  • We've partnered with Refundid so you can get your refund back instantly, before you've even sent back your order.
  • If Refundid is chosen, you will be refunded back to your nominated bank account. If a standard refund is chosen, you will be refunded via the method of payment used only. If you use a gift certificate to partially pay for your order, the refund will firstly go back onto the gift certificate and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method. 
  • Our returns portal generates Aus Post standard shipping labels so please allow 5-10 working days for your return to be received back to us.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed.

  • We will deduct $15 EUR for the cost of the return shipping from your refund, or you can choose a carrier of your choice. 
  • We gladly accept returns that are requested within 30 days of the order date. 
  • You will be refunded via the method of payment used only. If you use a gift certificate to partially pay for your order, the refund will firstly go back onto the gift certificate and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method. 
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed.
  • Please note we are only able to issue one return label per order. Due to this, please ensure all items you are looking to return are included in the return request form. 

Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to receive returns sent via our SEKO return system.

    We provide Gift Certificates or REFUNDS

    • We gladly accept returns for items posted back to us within 7 days from delivery and provide you with a gift certificate or refund.
    • You will be refunded via the method of payment used only. If you use a gift certificate to partially pay for your order, the refund will firstly go back onto the gift certificate and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method. 
    • Returns posted back after 7 days cannot be refunded however if your return is posted within 30 days from delivery we will still provide you with a gift certificate.
    • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10  business days for your return to be processed. We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed. 
    • If you don't specify your return method, we will issue with Gift Certificate in exchange for the returned item/s.
    • Please ensure you keep a hold of your return tracking number and include it in your return parcel.  

    CONDITIONS 

    * No returns on Sale or End of Season Clearance or products marked Final Sale 

    We do not accept returns on the following items:

    - Products in Sale ~ Final Sale ~ End of Season Clearance  

    - Accessories

    - Jewellery

    - Intimates

    - Vintage

    - Home / Beauty

     

    All products must be returned;

    - Unworn and unwashed

    - Hygiene sticker attached if swimwear

    - Tags attached

    - Free from make up and fake tan

    - Free from any scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder).

     

    PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ON CLOTHES NOT TO DAMAGE OR STAIN THEM. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.

     

    EXCHANGES

    Due to high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have purchased an item but want a different size or colour, we recommend:

    1. Booking a return for your item
    2. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a store credit
    3. Use your store credit to re-purchase the item

    Please note that items sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be available by the time your return is processed. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order.

     

    STOCK AVAILABILITY

    Emmabodamo belaffar makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a gift certificate or refund for the out of stock item.

     

    FAULTS

    If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via our contact page with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

    Emmabodamo belaffar does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Emmabodamo belaffar reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

    If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund / gift certificate

      

    INTERNATIONAL / EXPRESS RETURNS

    If you are outside of Norway or prefer to send your return back via your own courier, please send your return using a trackable service, with your order number to and reason for return to;

    DELIVERY DAMAGE

    If you think your order has been damaged during transit, please send us photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Please contact us via our contact page with all details.

     

    YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM

    If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us with any photos of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.

    When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
